Welcome to the TOPSTAR website (www.topstar.run) and its WeChat public accounts (TOPSTAR, TOPSTAR Pro, TOPSTAR Plus). Before using our website and related services, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Third parties include but are not limited to TOPSTAR's partners, event organizers, and data providers. TOPSTAR will comply with relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of this agreement when using data obtained from third parties.
4. **Third-Party Authorization**
Users agree and authorize TOPSTAR to grant third parties the right to use their relevant data. Third parties include but are not limited to TOPSTAR's partners, advertisers, and data analysis companies. Third parties must comply with relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of this agreement when using user data.
5. **Intellectual Property**
All content on the TOPSTAR website and its WeChat public accounts (TOPSTAR, TOPSTAR Pro, TOPSTAR Plus), including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, software, programs, and page designs, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not use, copy, modify, or distribute the aforementioned content in any form without written permission from TOPSTAR.
6. **Privacy Protection**
TOPSTAR is committed to protecting users' privacy. TOPSTAR will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
7. **Modification of Agreement**
TOPSTAR reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. The modified agreement will take effect once published on the website or WeChat public accounts. Continued use of the website and related services by users constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
8. **Governing Law and Dispute Resolution**
The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
